By accessing or using Pautly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Pautly provides a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create customizable landing pages with multiple links, track analytics, and run A/B tests to optimize conversion rates.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all content posted under your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others

4. Beta Program Terms

• Beta access to Pro features is provided free of charge during the beta period
• Beta access will expire 14 days after the beta period ends (grace period)
• After the grace period, accounts will revert to the Free tier unless upgraded to a paid plan
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue beta features at any time without notice
• Beta features are provided "as is" and may contain bugs or incomplete functionality
• Beta testers may be contacted for feedback and product improvement purposes
• Participation in the beta program does not guarantee continued access to Pro features after the beta period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purposes

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Pautly. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pautly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
